After graduating from the Department of Political Science and Economics, College of Law, Nihon University, Tetsuro worked in the field of intellectual property at a patent firm. During that time, he passed the Japanese Patent Attorney Examination and was registered as a patent attorney. He also graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Division II, Tokyo University of Science. Tetsuro joined iX Patent Law Firm in July 2026.
