Hitoshi graduated from Waseda University with a doctorate in electrical engineering and joined a major general electrical manufacturer, where he engaged in research and development of display devices and other products. Hitoshi then continued his career in human resource development and R&D for printing technology, and joined Hyugaji & Associates in July 2007.
